Fischer's Lovebird
All the lovebird family originated In Africa and one species of lovebird from Madagascar. These popular little love birds are widespread in aviaries around the world.Fischer's lovebird build a nest from grass or leaves filling a hollow, in fact literally stuffing it with material to nest in. They lay between 3-5 eggs that take 23 days to hatch and the young leave the nest in about 5-6 weeks. There are many cross bred varieties of the bird and its colours.
