Northern Bobwhite Bird Diet And Habitat

Northern bobwhites can be found from southeastern Ontario to Central America.Northern bobwhite are fairly common in grasslands, shrubby pastures, hedgerows and woodland edges. 
Northern Bobwhite Breeds in a Wide variety of habitats, but basically a species of scrub scattered cover in grassland or cultivated areas, and on woodland edge Nest on the ground , usually in low cover bordering an open space.The northern bobwhite is a popular game bird and is welcomed by farmers as a destroyer of weeds and harmful insects.
Diet:
Plants and small bugs(grasshoppers, snails, and potato beetles) seeds, grass, partridge peas, wild berries, and cultivated grains.
